We developed a training program for directors, producers, actors, DOP’s and editors from all over the world. Together they form creative production teams that have to produce one or more short films in an environment where they can work in complete creative and experimental freedom. During this master class they learn to work with filmmakers from other cultures; their flexibility and ability for both creative thought and collaboration are tested and challenged by numerous obstacles and unexpected turns. Intensive coaching during this process by renowned experts coming from various fields of the film industry is the key in order to help them find their own personal path in filmmaking.

During the production process of the short film(s) they are provided with workshops and lectures on camera and lighting, acting and directing, editing and production, art direction and sound design, new techniques like 3D and green screen, international co-production as well as sales and marketing. Since every participant attends all these classes, they learn about every aspect of film making which contributes to their overall improvement of creativity and personal skills as well as getting a better insight in the way the whole production process works.
